Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) are the signature educational programs of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. These six-week class series, taught by Brian Shiers MA CMF, are currently offered in the Valley.



Aligned Mind @Work brings mindfulness organization-wide in unique applications that address today's need for engagement, creativity, resilience, and leadership. 


Opening to deeper awareness of thoughts and feelings sometimes requires expert guidance to make the journey safe, meaningful, and transformative. Support through a one-on-one relationship is often the most rewarding experience.
